1. Acceptance
By creating a parent account on KidsNest.ca you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The parent is responsible for ensuring the teen they register understands and follows acceptable conduct on the platform.
2. Eligibility
Parents must be 18 years or older. Teens must be 13–18. We do not provide accounts to under-13 users directly.
3. Conduct
Users may not use the service to harass, threaten, share personal contact info, solicit off-platform contact, share inappropriate content, or otherwise violate safety. Sessions are recorded, transcribed, and AI-monitored — see the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Moderation
We may warn, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these Terms, or remove content at our discretion. Emergency Stop and Report features may trigger immediate suspension pending review.
5. Payments & refunds
The closed beta is free. Future paid tiers will be governed by additional terms presented at upgrade time.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that AI safety analysis will catch every problem. Parents remain ultimately responsible for their teen's online activity.
7. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Account data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Ontario.
